One Pot Pasta

One Pot Pasta
- 12 oz linguini
- 12 oz cherry or grape tomatoes halved  or quartered if large
- 1 onion thinly sliced
4 cloves of garlic or more
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 sprigs basil, plus torn leaves for garnish
- 2 tbsp extra virgin oil, plus more for serving
- coarse salt and fresh ground pepper
- 4.5 cups of veggie broth or water
1/2 cup of Marsala wine

Serve with nutritional yeast
